Vickie Sue Foulke Johnson, age 48, passed on to our Heavenly Father February 15, 2012 of complications following surgery.

Born November 1, 1963 in Ogden, Utah she was raised in Utah and California. Her family later moved to Tiskilwa, Illinois where she graduated from Tiskilwa High School. She moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where she raised her two children, Trisha and Ryan. She was entering her 23rd year as a Care Administrator with The Veterans Administration Hospital in Salt Lake City.

She is survived by her parents, Gilbert and Patricia (Searle) Foulke of Sun City, AZ, brother, David Foulke (Angela) Peoria, AZ, daughter, Trisha Bills (Danny) Roy, Utah, son, Ryan Johnson (Tara) Sandy, UT, and 6 grandchildren; Hailey, Brooklynne, Sierra, Bradley, Baylee, and Nicholas.

She will be missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Leavitt's Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, where family will greet friends prior to the service from 9:30~10:45 a.m.

Cremation will follow services under the direction of Leavitt's Mortuary.
