Memories & Candles
Two Hearts Beating as One
Two hearts together
Beating as one
Two hearts entwined
With a love so strong
Two hearts that share
Each other's joy
Two hearts to ease
Each other's sorrow
Two hearts that know
Each other's thoughts
Two hearts that hear
The other's call

Heidi- I know you have gone to a better place.... I just wanted to thank you for adding to my testimony that everything does indeed happen for a reason. I also was saddened that you were unable to share your experience strength and hope with a few more individuals. I have looked to you for your courage, wisdom and compassion. I hope I am as much of an inspiration and blessing as you have been to so many people. Rest now your beautiful soul. See you in heaven dear. Love Meia May.

Dear Don, Mark & Nick,
We're so sorry to read of Heidi's passing. It was so good to talk to you, Don, at the concert recently at Jefferson Hall. I had no idea Heidi had been ill. We hope you and Mark & Nick are doing OK. Heidi was a beautiful lady! I remember the "olden days" at St. Paul's School with the kids and PTA, etc.
Just want you to know we're thinking of you during this difficult time, Paulette & Bill Herman

To Donnie and Family,
Although I only shared a few times in Heidi's presence, it was apparent that she was a loving and kind person. My parents however, knew her well, and they could not say enough good things about her. May she rest in peace, and may her family find peace during this very sad time.
Sincerely, Melodie Barajas ( Andy and Ann Carter's daughter0

Heidi will be truly missed. She was an inspiration to so many people. The world was a better place with her here. She is now an angel in heaven, just as she was here on earth. Rest in Peace to our dear friend Heidi.. To Donnie and family, you are in our prayers during this difficult time. Let us know if you need anything.

Heidi was an amazingly strong woman. She had true conviction to her beliefs. She had the heart of a Service Angel. She loved the Women's Retreat House. A plaque hangs at The Women's Retreat House honoring the Founding Board Members. Heidi worked hard and contributed much to The Women's Retreat House. We will forever be grateful in her dedication to Alcoholics Anonymous and helping Women with Recovery. Thank you Heidi.. Your sweet smile and Hard work will be truly missed.

I was so sorry to hear of Heidi's passing. I loved to sit and have coffee with Heidi at the Club. She was one of the few people that my step-father Walt would allow to hug him and that meant so much to me. The world is a poorer place with her passing but we were so rich to have had her with us. She had a heart of gold and I can hear her laugh as I sit here and write this...My love to Donnie and the family.
